Our July meeting will be a demonstration by Gary Nan-son. His topic will be power tools for shaping dead-wood of bonsai. He will talk about the best tools to use to carve a tree and how to use them. If members have trees they would like to carve, please bring them in. Gary will give his suggestions for how and what carving could be done on the tree.
Hope to see everyone Thursday, July 20th for Gary Nanson’s power tool demonstration. He’s coming all the way from San Diego, so let’s all show up to make the trip worth his while.
Don’t forget—our August meeting will include our annual Swap Meet, so have a look at your bonsai collection to see if you have any trees or other bonsai-related items you would like to trade or sell.
